Showborough Wellbeing is our new initiative to bring classes and workshops to Showborough that nourish and restore. While it's early days, we already have weekly Tai Chi Movement classes, monthly sound baths, and arts & crafts workshops. Helen runs sound baths twice monthly at Showborough, with her beautiful crystal Alchemy bowls and Koshi chimes.

We are excited to host the talented Carol Parkes for a hands-on Needle Felting Workshop this February.
Carol will guide you through every step to create your own sheep. 🐑✨
