Review & Renew
A reflective self-care day for coaches
An invitation to look back over the last few years, compassionately review the impact of the pandemic and other global events on yourself and your practice, harvest your learnings, and set intentions for the next phase of your personal and professional growth.
All whilst enjoying the company of like-minded coaches in a beautiful restorative setting...
By joining us, you can expect to:
Review and acknowledge the effects of the Covid pandemic and other global events on yourself and your practice
Recognise learnings, such as qualities and skills you have developed
Evaluate your current wellbeing, and identify ways to enhance it
Connect with a group of fellow practitioners through witnessing, support and collaboration
Reflect on adaptations to your ways of behaving and being, considering what to let go of or to retain
Visualise the person and practitioner you want to be, renewing connection to your professional calling, personal value and contribution
Establish intentions for using your time, energy and resources in the months ahead
We’ll be working in small and large clusters, with some individual reflection too. Each event will be for a maximum of 10 participants and led by two facilitators, as we want to provide time and space for individual attention and group interaction. The structure and activities will draw on coaching, supervision, experiential learning, humanistic psychology, visual arts, music and energy work in a supportive and safely held environment.

Venue
Review and Renew is hosted at Showborough House, a tranquil and welcoming mansion house set in 5 acres of beautiful gardens with views to the surrounding Cotswold countryside.
Indoor sessions will take place mainly in the Gallery, a spacious room flooded with natural light and enjoying direct access to the gardens. Cosy corners and smaller rooms throughout the house are available for small group work, and walking or sitting among the many ‘rooms’ of the gardens is actively encouraged.
Showborough House will be at its beautiful best just prior to the annual Sculpture Garden exhibition – see more at https://www.showborough.com/exhibitions
